The purpose of the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® is to serve its members by developing, providing and promoting programs and services which will improve their ability to conduct business successfully with integrity, competency and without undue regulatory restraint.
About the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS®
Some or our objectives are to promote affordability and availability of housing and private property, to recognize and accommodate new and emerging forces in the real estate industry, and to increase public awareness and confidence in our members.
What We Do
Since 1943 our members have been helping residents of Lincoln County realize the American dream of owning a home. REALTOR® members of our board include real estate agents and brokers as well as appraisers. We support our members through our Multiple Listing Service enabling our members to share their listings of homes for sale with all the other REALTORS® in Lincoln County. We keep them informed on important industry issues and opportunities through their membership in the Nebraska REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®. We are proud of our Affiliate members: mortgage lenders, title companies, home inspectors, exterminators, plumbers, electricians and other home service providers who all play important roles in the home buying process.
Our Governing Body
The Lincoln County Board of REALTORS® is governed by a Board of Directors and
an Executive Committee consisting of a President, President-Elect and a Secretary/Treasurer all of whom have been elected by the membership. An Executive Officer is employed to assist the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and various committees with the operation of Board.
